ترجمان اصول و مبانی تربیت معلم فکور: خوانش چالش‌های بومی‌سازی بر اساس نظام تعلیم و تربیت متعالی اسلام

چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی ترجمان اصول و مبانی تربیت معلم فکور، بر اساس نظام تعلیم و تربیت متعالی اسلام است. در این راستا، منطق رویکرد تربیت معلم فکور از سه جهت مورد بحث قرار گرفته است: آرای جان دیویی، پائولو فریره و دونالد آلن شون. پس از برشماری لایه­های اندیشه‌ورزی متعالی، بر اساس آموزه­های نظام تربیت اسلام، رویکردی بومی تحت عنوان «تربیت معلم متعالی-فکور» را تبیین کنیم. روش پژوهش توصیفی-تحلیلی بوده و تحقق فرآیند تحول متعالی و فکور در شش مرحله بررسی شد: تجربه،  بینش وحیانی،  پرسش­گری،  تفکر بر اقدام، معنابخشی و  تفکر در اقدام. نتایج حاکی از آن است که «کارگزاری فکور» و تحول‌محور معلمان تنها در بستر اندیشمندی و اندیشه­ورزی «معنوی و خداباورانه» امکان پذیر است. اهمیت و تفاوت رویکرد پیشنهادی این پژوهش با نظریات پیش از خود تمایز بنیادین و معرفت­شناختی آن در «اعتباربخشی به تفکر و اقدام فکور» است. اعتبار تفکر آگاهانه و پیش­رو، میزان مطابقت و پایایی آن (تفکر) با آموزه­های «علم وحیانی» است. بر اساس موارد مطرح شده پیشنهاد می­شود، آموزه­های الگوی تربیت معلم متعالی فکور در سه حوزه برنامه­ریزی و خط‌مشیء آموزشی، توسعه برنامه درسی تربیت معلم و سازوکارهای تضمین کیفیت در تربیت معلم مورد توجه قرار گیرد.
