This research aims to elucidate the "trustworthiness" of the position and status of teaching, based on the perspective of Imam Sajjad (AS) in "Risalat al-Huquq". Accordingly, the ethical requirements and do's and don'ts in the relationship between teaching and learning have been investigated. The research method is descriptive-analytical, and the results indicate that according to the perspective of Imam Sajjad (AS), knowledge and the position of teaching are considered a trust from God, which should always be mentioned by the teacher; on the other hand, this position is accompanied by a kind of guardianship that God has entrusted to the teacher. This approach can lead to desirable interaction based on benevolence between the teacher and the student. According to the perspective of Imam Sajjad (AS), in the process of teaching and learning, the model of interaction between teacher and student is based on the principles of monotheism, trustworthiness of responsibility, guardianship of the teacher, as well as ethical principles such as diligence, compassion and kindness, advice and benevolence, patience and care.
