شاخصه های تربیتی معلم تراز انقلاب اسلامی از منظر مقام معظم رهبری

چکیده

به اعتراف اندیشمندان حوزه تربیت، مهمترین نوع یادگیری انسان یادگیری مشاهده ای است که ابتدا از مشاهده و الگوگیری رفتار والدین و معلم شروع می شود. پژوهش حاضر به روش تحلیلی در صدد بررسی شاخصه های تربیتی معلم تراز در اندیشه و بیانات مقام معظم رهبری است.  یافته های پژوهشی حاکی ازآن بود که شاخصه های تربیتی معلم تراز انقلاب عبارتند از: روحیه انقلابی، بصیرت، آرمان خواهی، تکیه بر مبانی دینی، بالندگی، خودسازی درپرتو معنویت، تربیت سازمانی در عین تربیت فردی، روحیه علمی جهادی در مقابل سهل انگاری، مقابله با استحاله فرهنگی، روحیه تحلیلگری و تفکر نقاد و خودباوری درپیشرفت علمی، دغدغه جهاد تبیین.

چکیده [English]

The most important type of human learning is observational learning, which by observing and modeling the behavior of parents and competent teachers and analyzing it, an attempt has been made to provide a useful and fruitful example of a teacher. The present study, using an analytical method, aims to investigate the educational characteristics of Taraz teachers in the thoughts and statements of the Supreme Leader. The research findings indicated that the educational characteristics of a revolutionary level teacher are: revolutionary spirit, insight, idealism, reliance on religious foundations, growth, self-improvement in the light of spirituality, organizational education at the same time as individual education, scientific spirit of jihad against academicism, Dealing with cultural transformation, analytical spirit and critical thinking and self-belief in scientific progress.
